1st edition hardback, a very good clean copy.  442 pages.  Covers straight and clean in similar dj.  Shows only very light handling / shelf wear.  Internally clean, binding tight, no previous owner marks.

Reveals secret US intelligence and defence documents that show how, at the height of the Cold War, both the Soviet Union and the USA researched the development of psi-warfare.  Psychotronics, or electronic mind-control weapons, were used by the Soviets in their fight against the West and on both sides of the Iron Curtain psychic spying and telepathic hypnosis formed part of strategic battle plans.  Both sides have spent huge portions of their defence budgets on this research.

The history of Soviet psi-warfare and the development by the USA of their own paranormal programme is covered in detail, as is the theory and science behind the application of mind-control weapons, such as microwave rays and the use of psychics and clairvoyants.  There is also a detailed guide on acquiring powers to carry out psychic spying, based on various government programmes.
