Bonewitz shows how to use the reflective power of crystals to achieve self-discovery and personal realisation. Guided meditations with crystals release blocked energy, which can be channelled to heal and open the heart, and there are exercises designed to resolve inner conflicts that cause illness. The reader is shown the way to experiencing the higher self and attuning to the rhythm of the earth, enabling childhood /parental conflict to be resolved and the cutting of restrictive bonds. Bonewitz also dispels many crystal 'myths' and offers a sensible, grounded approach to their use for true healing. He has studied the physical chemistry of gems, psychology and cosmology and has found and cut a set of crystals for the Findhorn Community in Scotland.
