Reprint edition, card covers, 374 pages with b&w line drawings throughout.  A very nice clean, bright copy.  Front cover has mild corner curl at the top, previous owner's name was written neatly on half title page and then crossed out.  Internally bright, tight and unmarked.

Patience Gray's first book, Plats du Jour was written in the 1950's and brought French cuisine to the attention of the British public before even Elizabth David.

Honey From a Weed represents the recipes she acquired during 20 years of living in Italy, Greece and Spain with the sculptor Norman Mommens.  The book is also part autobiography and part travelogue and is so much more than a collection of recipes for lovers of Mediterranean food.
